[RH] Detail: Employee File - Do not apply the Display Profile Security when an employee is in their own file and is an HR team member

This setting applies to the following module(s):  ADVANCED SECURITY

When this setting is activated, an HR member has the "Default - no configuration required" profile accesses when they are working in their own file. 

When the same HR member is in an employee's file, they are limited by their assigned security profile.

	Checked: Apply the "Default - no configuration required" profile security when an HR member is in their own file.
	Unchecked: Apply the same security profile whether the HR member is in their own file or is working in another employee's file.
