Detail: Employee File - Do not apply the Display Profile Security when an employee (manager) is in their own file

This setting applies to the following module(s):  ADVANCED SECURITY

When this setting is activated, a manager has the "Default - no configuration required" profile accesses when they are working in their own file.

 When the same manager is in an employee's file, they are limited by their assigned security profile.

Example: a manager cannot access notes and trackings of other employees, but needs to see their own, you could have to activate this setting. To learn about what the "Default - no configuration required" profile contains, see this article: [RH] Que contient le profil « par défaut » ?

	Checked: Apply the "Default - no configuration required" profile security when an employee is in their own file.
	Unchecked: Apply the same security profile whether the employee is in their own file or is working in another employee's file.
