This setting applies to the following module(s):
CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING

This setting authorizes employees to change, add or delete their own certifications and trainings in their employee file.


The employee's security profile must grant them access to these modules. 

To remove access to one or the other, you have to block the employee's full access to the module in their security profile.

Checked:

Allow employee to change, add or delete certifications and trainings in their file.

Unchecked:

Do not allow employee to change, add or delete certifications and trainings in their file.
