The 2FA method helps strenghthen the security of your Cangaroo account. You will be asked to confirm your identity using a code received via SMS or email after a certain number of days without any connection.

Do not use the feature

Employees wno't have to use 2FA code no matter the number of days since the last connection.

Email

Employees must enter a code received via email. Email is sent to the office email.

Email and SMS

Employees must enter a code received via SMS. If the employee doesn't have a cell number saved in their file, an email is sent to the office email.
