 On WEB application: 
On mobile application: 

1. Click on the cogwheel.

2. Click on the "Settings and Features" module.

3. In the access grid "Text and Numeric Parameters", find the "Connection - Multi-factor authentification (2FA)" parameter in the "NUMERIC" section.  

4. Change the value accordingly: 

Do not use: 

 Employees will never have to enter 2FA code, no matter how long since last connection.

To use this choice, indicate: 0

Email: 

Employees will have to enter a code received via email (Office email).

To use this choice, indicate: 1

Email and SMS: 

Employees will have to enter a code received via SMS. If they don't have a phone number indicated in their file, the code is send to their email (Office email). 

To use this choice, indicate: 2
