Before starting:


There are many ways to access your account in case you forgot your password.


If you do not remember the answer to your secret question and did not activate the mobile app, contact our HR team to get a temporary password.

 On WEB application

On mobile application


1. Head to the login page.


2. Click on "Trouble signing in?".


3. Enter your username.


4. Confirm the code.


5. Enter the code received by SMS or email.


In case your company did not activate the 2FA authenticator, you must confirm your SIN, zip code, and date of birth.


6. Enter the answer to your secret question.


7.  Enter and confirm a new password.


8. Click on "Save".


If you received a notification to confirm your identity, click on "Accept". If not, follow the following steps:

1. Open the Cangaroo app.


2. Click on "Menu".


3. Click on "Security".


4. Activate the OTP box.


5. Click on "Get the code".


6. On the WEB application connection page, enter your username and the code previously obtained as your password.
