 On WEB application

On mobile application


1. Click on the cog-wheel.

2. Click on "General Data".

3. Click on the "Automated Notes" section.

4. Click on "New Note".

5. Fill in the form: 

  1. Note label (You can create a new one. Click "enter on your keyboard to save).
  2. Select a filter (for your searches).
  3. Check the "Is enabled?" box to activate the note.
  4. Note criticality.
  5. Note color (for calendar display).
  6. Note description.
  7. Affectation type.
  8. "When" the note will be sent.
  9. "How many days" after the "When".
  10. Recurrent (check if you want this note to be recurrent).
  11. Notify employee (check if you want the employee to receive the note).
  12. Notify supervisor (check if you want the supervisor to receive the note).
  13. Notify HR team.
  14. Notify another employee.
  15. Notify specific email (recipient external to the company).

6. Save.
