On the Mobile App:

1. Click on the cogwheel. 

2. Click on the "Employee File Custom Field Management" icon.

Click on the pencil icon next to the custom field you want to link (or create one: Create a Custom Field).

3. In the "Payroll system mapping" section, choose the field where the custom field data should be transferred.
