On mobile application: 

1. Click on the cogwheel.

2. Click on the "Settings and Features" module.

3. In the access grid "Text and Numeric Parameters", find the "Access - Hide the "EMPLOYEES" menu from managers and employees" parameter in the "YES/NO" section. 

4. Click on "Save changes".
