A: I have not registered yet, I would like to activate my account:
This procedure only applies if you have not activated your Cangaroo HR account yet.
 | You must have your activation code, provided by your HR team. If you have not received it, or if your code has expired, please contact your HR team to obtain a new one. |

1. Access Cangaroo HR via https://app.cangaroorh.ca and click on "Register Here". 2. In the "What is your email address?" section, indicate your username (see note). 3. Enter your registration code in the "Enter (copy and paste) your access code" section. If you used the link provided in your welcome email, this code is entered automatically. 4. Depending on your settings, you will need to confirm your identity using a 2FA code received by email or SMS, or confirm your SIN, date of birth, and postal code. 5. Lastly, you will need to choose a security question, its answer, and a password. (Note: The answer to your security question is case-sensitive, so avoid accents and special characters such as diacritics). | 1. Open the mobile app and click on "New to Cangaroo HR". 2. Enter your username. 3. Enter your registration code (can be found in the welcome email or with your HR team). 4. Complete other registration steps in order to choose your password and secret question. |

1. Access Cangaroo HR via https://app.cangaroorh.ca 2. Enter your username and password. | 1. Open the mobile app and tap on "I already use Cangaroo HR". 2. Confirm you are able to log into Cangaroo HR by tapping on "Yes". 3. To obtain the QR code, log in to the web version of Cangaroo HR. In the upper-right corner, press on the silhouette icon, then select 'Mobile Application'. 4. Enter the validation code indicated next to the QR code in your file. |
