Training catalog synchronization automatically creates all the trainings available in Lära within the Cangaroo HR training catalog and keeps the list of external trainers up to date.
This feature is essential for adding completed trainings to employee profiles.
If this feature is not enabled, you will need to manually create and update the training catalog. A missing or misconfigured training or certification in Cangaroo HR could prevent the training from being added to the employee’s profile.
