Certification catalog synchronization automatically creates all the certifications available in Lära within the Cangaroo HR certification catalog.
This feature is essential for adding earned certifications to employee profiles.
If this feature is not enabled, you will need to manually create and update the Cangaroo HR certification catalog. A missing or misconfigured certification in Cangaroo HR could prevent the certification from being added to the employee’s profile.
