[HR] Synchronization of Certifications Achieved with Lära™

If certification synchronization is not enabled on your account, please contact a product expert for assistance.

When certification synchronization is enabled, all certifications earned in Lära are automatically added to the employee's profile in Cangaroo HR, provided they are not excluded from the interface.

Synchronization occurs every hour, and the employee's training will be visible in Cangaroo within approximately one hour.

Here is the list of Cangaroo fields and the corresponding Lära™ fields:

Fields in Cangaroo HR	Field in Lära™	Comments
Certification		Name of the certification, as listed in the Cangaroo HR certification catalog.
Acquired		This field does not exist in Lära™. Therefore, it corresponds to the date the training was added to the employee’s profile by Cangaroo HR.
Expiration		Calculated based on the certification cycle, as listed in the Cangaroo HR certification catalog.
Certification Number		This field does not exist in Lära™. It will therefore be "empty" in Cangaroo HR.
Category		This field does not exist in Lära™. It will therefore be "empty" in Cangaroo HR.
Organization		This field does not exist in Lära™. It will therefore be "empty" in Cangaroo HR.
Level		This field does not exist in Lära™. It will therefore be "empty" in Cangaroo HR.
