Before starting:

How to enable this feature?

On the WEB application:

On the mobile application:
1. Your terminated employees can keep a special access to Cangaroo HR.
2. Click on the cog-wheel in the upper right corner, and then on "Settings and Features".
3. Under the "Functionalities" section, check the box to activate the "Module (Additional) - Terminated employees access" module.
4. Save.
Sorry, this feature is not available on the mobile application.
How to change the default access duration?

On the WEB application:

On the mobile application:
1. Click on the cog-wheel in the upper right corner, and then on "Settings and Features".
2. In the access grid "Text and Numeric Parameters", change the number of days with the "Connexion - Number of days a terminated employee can access Cangaroo HR limited portal for" parameter in the "Numeric" section.
3. Click on "Save changes".
