It is not possible to block access to the mobile app for an employee (or a group of employees).

When an employee is "terminated" in Cangaroo HR, their access to the mobile app is automatically revoked.

The access an employee has in the mobile app is the same as on the web version.

For example, an employee who does not have access to absence requests on the web version will also not be able to submit a request via the mobile app.
