What is "Cangaroo Authentication"?
When logging into the web version, you simply need to press the "Accept" button on the notification received on the device(s) connected to your account.
This feature is called "Cangaroo Authentication."
Can an employee who connects to Cangaroo HR via an unauthorized domain still use the mobile app?
Yes, but this employee will not be able to use the "Cangaroo Authentication" feature.
Is it possible to disable Cangaroo Authentication?
Cangaroo Authentication is the most secure method for logging into Cangaroo. It eliminates the need to enter your password and sends a notification for each login to your account.
You cannot disable this feature. However, you can log in without confirming your identity on your mobile phone by clicking "Try another way to log in."
