Before starting:


Attention, Cangaroo Authentication only works for users whose username is associated with an authorized domain.


In other words, employees using a username under a public domain, such as "Hotmail," "Gmail," "Outlook," "Live," etc., will need to continue entering their password until you provide them with a new compliant username.


You cannot use Cangaroo Authentication if you have not allowed the Cangaroo app to send you notifications.




What is "Cangaroo Authentication"?


When logging into the web version, you simply need to press the "Accept" button on the notification received on the device(s) connected to your account.


This feature is called "Cangaroo Authentication."


Can an employee who connects to Cangaroo HR via an unauthorized domain still use the mobile app?


Yes, but this employee will not be able to use the "Cangaroo Authentication" feature.


Is it possible to disable Cangaroo Authentication?


Cangaroo Authentication is the most secure method for logging into Cangaroo. It eliminates the need to enter your password and sends a notification for each login to your account.


You cannot disable this feature. However, you can log in without confirming your identity on your mobile phone by clicking "Try another way to log in."
