Before Starting

Important Information

It is possible that when opening a PDF document, an error message will appear stating: "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to resolve the issue."

This issue occurs when your web browser settings do not allow PDF documents to open.

Process

Chrome:

Open the settings menu.
Click on "Privacy and Security".
Click on "Site Settings".
Open the "Additional Content Settings" tab.
Click on "PDF Documents".
Check "Open PDFs in Chrome".

Edge:

Open the settings
Click on "Cookies and Site Permissions"
Click on "PDF Documents"
Check "Open PDFs in the last viewed location when reopening files"

On the Mobile App:

Sorry, this feature is not available on the mobile application.
