[HR] Track Signatures and Resend Signature Notifications

Before starting:


You must have been designated in advance as someone authorized to follow up on the signature process.

For HR team members (MHR):

 On the Web App

On the Mobile App


1. Click on the "HR Management" menu, "Process management" and "Document Signers Management".


2. Click on the arrow on the left to see more about the signers.


3. If needed, click on the envelope on the right to resend the signature request notification.


4. Click on the "X" to cancel a signature process.

For employees and managers (MEM):

On the Web App

On the Mobile App

1. Click on "HR Management" and "Document Signers Management". 


2. Click on the arrow on the left to see more about the signers. 


3. If needed, click on the envelope on the right to resend the signature request notification.
