[HR] Send a Signature Request for a Document (Without Sending an Onboarding, Offboarding, or On-Demand Process)

On the Mobile App


1. Click on the "HR Management" menu.


2. Click on "Document Center".


3. Click on the cogwheel on the right.


4. Click on the arrow to the left of the document you wish to assign to an employee.


5. Click on the "Assign Document" button.


6. Select the employee(s) you want to assign this document to.


7. Click on the "Assign document to selected employee(s)" button.


8. Select the employee(s) again and click on "Send signature request" at the bottom of the list.
