Introduction to Module: CCQ
Module Objective
The objective of this module is to allow you to catalog your CCQ data and then manage it within employee files. This useful guide provides instructions to help you navigate this module.
List of Available Classifications
Enabling this module adds a "Construction" tab to the employee's file. This tab includes the following classifications:
- Sector: This list contains the 4 sectors (industrial, institutional and commercial, civil engineering and roadworks, residential) as defined by the Commission de la construction du Québec.
- Annex: This list contains the salary annexes (D3, D4, D5, etc.) as defined by the Commission de la construction du Québec.
- Region: This list contains the regions as defined by the Commission de la construction du Québec.
- Job Title: This list is customizable. You can add job titles of your choice. (By default, we provide the job titles defined by the Commission de la construction du Québec.) When adding a choice, you will need to provide: Code, French Title, English Title, and Province.
- Union: This list is customizable. You can add unions of your choice. When adding a choice, you will need to provide: Code, French Title, and English Title.
- Location: This list is customizable. You can add locations of your choice. When adding a choice, you will need to provide: Code, Abbreviation, and Description.
- Status: This list contains statuses as defined by the Commission de la construction du Québec.
- CSST Activity: This list is customizable. You can add CSST activities of your choice. When adding a choice, you will need to provide: Code, French Title, and English Title.
- Grouping: This list is customizable. You can add groupings of your choice. When adding a choice, you will need to provide: Code, French Title, and English Title.
- Optional Deduction: This field is a checkbox
