This setting applies to the following module(s):  EMPLOYEE FILE

Before starting:

The use of this setting has an impact on your portal. To change this setting, contact our support team via the "Help" button.

 When activated, these are the choices available for the "Gender" field: 

1 - Male

2 - Female

3 - Non-binary

4 - Don't want to answer

5 - Other

	Checked: Emerging genders are available in the list.
	Unchecked: Only choices are  "Male" and "Female".

Note that in some interfaces, such as EmployeurD and Nethris, the only options available are "Man" or "Woman". When synchronizing, the value 1 (Man) is attributed to employees that selected one of the other options.
