This setting applies to the following module(s):

You can choose which part of employees' names is displayed and in which order.

This setting applies to all employees, pages, grids, etc.
Regardless of your choice, the first name and last name are mandatory fields.

Indicate one of these values:

1	First name, Middle name, Last name Make sure the "Middle name" field in the employee file isn't hidden before using this format.
2	First name, Last name
3	Nickname (if defined), Last name If employee doesn't have a nickname, format [2] applies.
4	Last name, First name, Middle name Make sure the "Middle name" field in the employee file isn't hidden before using this format.
5	Last name, First name
6	Last name, Nickname If employee doesn't have nickname, format [5] applies.
7	First name (usual), Last name (usual) Make sure the " Usual first name" and "Usual last name" fields in the employee file aren't hidden before using this format.
