This setting allows employees to keep their account while being "inactive". If disabled, employees will get their access back when they are "active" again.
 | With this access, the employee keeps the same rights and access they had as an "active" employee. |
 | Checked: Inactive employees will keep their access to their Cangaroo portal. |
 | Unchecked: Inactive employees will not keep their access to their Cangaroo portal. |
