 When an employee is temporarily terminated (has a return date), they become "Inactive".


The return date is automatically postponed by the number of days set by this setting if the "Force Return" box is not checked in the employee's file.



The setting has no impact if the "Force Return" box is checked.

Indicate one of these values:


0

Never postpone the return date.


Indicate a value between


Minimum Value (days)
Maximum Value (days) 
1365
