You have the possibility to keep the same hiring date when an inactive employee returns.

Attention: This setting was developed for a client with a very specific management need. Activating this setting could lead to considerable changes in your interfaces.

The application usual behavior is to change the "Hire/return Date" regardless of the employee's status or seniority history.

	Checked: Do not change return date.
	Unchecked: Change return date (usual behavior).
