[HR] Enable/Disable the Reset of Time Banks Upon Employee Termination

On the Mobile App


1. Click on the gear icon.


2. Click on the "Settings and Features" module.


3. In the access grid "Text and Numeric Parameters", find the "Time Banks - Number of days before emptying the time banks of an inactive or terminated employee" parameter in the "NUMERIC" section. 


Sorry, this feature is not available on the mobile application.


Enter 0 to avoid emptying automatically banks. Otherwise, enter a number between 1 and 90 days. The employee's banks will automatically reset after this period of time.


From the employee file, under the "Payroll Information" tab, you can make changes to this scheduled task. By clicking the pencil icon on the left, you can modify the target date, or you can delete the task by clicking the "X" on the right.


When terminating an employee, make sure you check the "Check this box if the employee's time banks need to be emptied after a specified time (see setting)" box in the termination form.
