[HR] Lock a time bank for an employee

In Cangaroo HR, it is possible to lock an employee's time bank to prevent any increase or modification.


As a result, any increase, accumulation, or leave request from the time bank will be automatically ignored and not recorded. A note will be added to the time bank report to document the bank's lock status.



How to Enable the Time Bank Locking Feature


 On the Web App

On the Mobile App: 


1. Click on the gear icon. 


2. Select the "Settings and Features" module. 


3. In the "Texts and Numbers" access grid, under the "YES/NO" section, find and enable "Time Bank – Allow locking of time banks per employee". 


4. Select "Save changes".


5. Click on the gear icon.


6. Select the "Time Banks" module.


7. Click on the "Management" tab.


8. Using the field selector located at the top right of the grid, find the "Locked (?)" field and add it to the grid (drag and drop).

1. Click on the gear icon.


2. Click on the "Time Banks" module.


3. Click on the "Management" tab.


4. Find the bank to lock and check the "Locked" box.


5. Click "Save changes".
