 On WEB application

On mobile application


1. Head to the employee's file.


2. Click on the "Notes and Tracking" section.


3. Click on "New Note".


4. Fill in the form.


5. If you wish to receive a reminder regarding the note, you must indicate an employee concerned by the note as well as a reminder date.


6. Check the "Recurrent?" box if needed.


7. Click on the floppy disk icon to save.
