CANGAROO RH 2.12.2

NEW FEATURES, BUG FIXES, AND IMPROVEMENTS

The "Advanced Security", "Time Bank" and "Onboarding" modules are now available in all Cangaroo HR subscriptions, in a limited version.

Check the "Overview" tab of each module to view the features of the basic versions.

This does not apply to clients with the full version of the module. 

We have completely redesigned the navigation of the settings screen. You can now switch from one module to another while staying on the same page.

Additionally, you can now access each module's configurations directly from within it. Simply click on "Settings."

Finally, the new "Overview" tab explains the module’s features, its limitations, and provides direct access to all related documentation. It’s an important source of information for you!

Employees can now request access to a report that allows them to view the consultation history of their file, access history in Cameleon, the list of emails sent to them, and their login history.

Please note that the file access report is intentionally filtered to display with a 7-day delay.

For existing clients, you must enable the "Access - Allow employees to view the « Access to Personal Information Report » " feature to allow this option. 

This feature is automatically enabled for portals created after November 28, 2024.

It is now possible to batch import your employees' bank balances.

By using our Excel template, you can import employee bank balances into Cangaroo.

• Fix applied to the "Custom Field" module to allow the creation of an unsecured field.  

• Visual adjustment in the "Personal Information Access Report" for the HR team.  

• Fix to include an approved request made several weeks before payroll transfer in the final report.  

• Fix to prevent the deletion of usual first and last names after an employee submits a document for signature.

We have implemented several new internal procedures to maximize the security of your data.
