Change the period length before hiding terminated employee

Before starting:

Each employee can set in their own file after how many months other terminated employees are no longer visible in their portal. This improves, among other things, the data loading process.

1. Head to the employee's file.

2. Click on the "Security and Settings" tab.

3. In the "Other Settings" grid, click on the pencil next to the setting to change the default value.

Sorry, the functionality is not available on the mobile application.

Note that it is impossible to not hide employees beyond 120 months. Therefore, an employee terminated over 10 years ago will never be visible in Cangaroo HR.
