[HR] Display/Hide Employees' Salaries for Their Manager and/or Delegated Supervisor

Before starting:

If this parameter is disabled, neither the manager nor the delegated supervisor will have access to the information, even if the security profile allows it.

If you have the advanced security module and some managers must see their employees' salaries, enable this parameter and restrict access in the security profiles as necessary.

 On WEB application: 
On mobile application: 

1. Click on the cogwheel icon.

2. Click on "Settings and Features". 

3. In the access grid "Text and Numeric Parameters", find and enable (or disable) the "Access - Delegated managers can view the sensitive information of their employees" parameter in the "YES/NO" section.

4. In the access grid "Text and Numeric Parameters", find and enable (or disable) the "Access - Managers can see sensitive information of their employees" parameter in the "YES/NO" section.
