Have the following information in hands: Date of first payday of the year, pay period length, payday in the week.

 On WEB application

On mobile application: 


  1. Click on the cogwheel.
  2. Click on the "General Data" module.
  3. Click on "Payroll Schedule".
  4. Click on "New Payroll Schedule".
  5. Fill in the fields:

a) Type: Select the period length (weekly, biweekly).
b) Start Day: first weekday of the period.
c) End Day: last weekday of the period.
d) Pay Day: Pay day in the week.
e) Pay Day Offset: Number of days between "Start Day" and "Pay Day".
f) First pay of year date: first "Pay Day" date.
g) First pay of year No: Choose the number of first pay of the year.

Example 1:

For a biweekly Payroll Schedule with the first pay day on Wednesday January 3rd, 2024: 

Type: Biweekly
Start Day: Sunday
End Day: Saturday
Pay Day: Wednesday
Pay Day Offset: January 3rd - first pay of year date = 7 days
First pay of year date: December 27th
First pay of year No: 1



Example 2: 

For a weekly Payroll Schedule with the first pay day on Friday January 5th, 2024: 
Type: weekly
Start Day: Sunday
End Day: Saturday
Pay Day: Friday
Pay Day Offset: January 5th - first pay of year date = 14 days
First pay of year date: December 22nd
First pay of year No: 1
