Force synchronization between Cangaroo HR and the time management interface (Chrono™, Résolva™, Évolia™ et Agendrix™)

Before starting:


Synchronization in between both Cangaroo platforms is initiated every 15 minutes.   

Like so: 00h00 - 00h15 - 00h30 - [...] - 23h00 - 23h15 and 23h45.

On WEB application

On mobile application:


1. Click on the cog-wheel.


2. Click on "Settings and Features". 


3. Click on "Configurations - Interfaces".  


4. In the "Time management interface" section, click on the "Synchronize with time management" button.



Sorry, the functionality is not available on the mobile application.



Many reasons can explain why an employee file won't synchronize with Chrono: 


Reason #1. 

The "Check to exclude this employee from the Time Management Interface" box is checked in the employee's file, under the "Security and Settings" tab.


Solution: Unchecked the box.


Reason #2. 

Cangaroo Chrono™ or Resolva™ only: Two employees with the same number are not excluded from the system (both are not synchronized in this case).


Solution: Change one of the employees number.


Reason #3. 

Interface is not properly set.


Solution: Edit a file and see if the change is also made in Chrono after 20 minutes (minimum). If it isn't, contact our support team.
