This setting applies to the following module(s): 
COMPENSATION REVIEW 

You can decide of the hierarchical levels displayed to managers during a compensation review process.


Indicate one of these values:


1Level 1: Only display to managers their immediate subordinates.
2Level 2: Display to managers their immediate and subsequent subordinates.


Level 1 example:


Jan Levinson can only access Michael Scott's compensation review 


AND


Michael Scott can only access Dwight's, Jim's, and Angela's reviews. He cannot see Pam's.



Level 2 example:


Jan can access Michael's review and all those of his employees.
Michael cannot access Jan's review.
Jan cannot access Pam's review.


AND


Michael can access Dwight's, Jim's, Angela's and Pam's reviews
