The automatic vacation percentage accrual allows the employee's vacation percentage to increase automatically based on their years of service. It is not possible to account for seniority in the automatic accrual calculation.

1. Click on the gear icon. 2. Click on the "Time Bank" icon. 3. In the "Automatic Vacation Percentage Adjustment Based on Seniority" section, click on "New." Start: Enter the first reference year. End: Enter the end of the reference period. Target Percentage: Enter the vacation percentage. 4. Repeat for all your accrual tiers. Your last tier, which is your maximum tier, should not have an "End" date. 5. Click on "Save." | Sorry, this feature is not available on the mobile application. |

How to Exclude an Employee from Automatic Accrual?
To exclude an employee from automatic accrual, check the "Excluded from Automatic Modification" box under the "Employment" tab in their file.
You can then specify the correct vacation percentage directly in the employee's file.
