[HR] Cancel (or Delete) an Absence Request with the "Completed" Status

A completed request can only be canceled by an HR member (MHR).

 On the Web App: 

On the Mobile App


1. Click on the "HR Management" menu, "Process Management", and select "Time Off Requests (follow up)".


2. Click on the pencil icon next to the request you wish to cancel.


3. Click on "Delete".


4. Click on the "Balance" column and make the bank balance adjustment.


5. Check the "I confirm that the balances are correct and I want to delete this request" box.


6. Click on "Delete".



Sorry, this feature is not available on the mobile application.



Step 4 is very important; otherwise, the bank balance will not be adjusted.
