Lexicon:

Starting Balance	Amount granted at the beginning of the period.
Used	Total used in requests already completed.
Balance	Current bank value.
Scheduled	Total of time off requests and reserve hours requests not completed yet.
Available	Time available after considering pending requests.
Carryover Date	Date of next carryover, if applicable.
