The data from employee files is masked to ensure security.

To unlock an employee's file in order to view or change some information, you must make a "Data Access" request.

 On WEB application: 
On mobile application: 

1. Open the employee's file.

2. Click on the padlock to unlock the data.

2. Enter your password.

Sorry, the functionality is not available on the mobile application.

Once the request completed, the employee's information is accessible for consultation. Every data access request is recorded in a report entitled "Data Access Report", thus ensuring a complete and transparent traceability.
