1. Access the expense through the notification on your dashboard or via "HR Management", Process Management" and "Expense Report Management". 2. Find the expense to be approved/refused. 3. Click on "Verify". 4. Click on the pencil to change its status and click on "Save changes" or "Accept all" to approve every expense of the same account. 5. Click on "Finish". | Sorry, the functionality is not available on the mobile application. |
![]() | Note: "Refused" expenses can no longer be modified. You must select the "To be revised" status to allow the employee to make changes. |
