Set HR email address

Before starting:


If needed, contact our support team or your email administrator to get the email address to reach the whole HR team.


When a notification must be sent to the HR team but no HR email is set, Cangaroo will use every HR employees' office email instead.

1. Click on the cogwheel.


2. Click on the "Settings and Features" module.


3. In the access grid "Text and Numeric Parameters", find the "Notification - HR team email (distrubution list)" parameter in the "TEXT" section.  


4. Click on the pencil next to the setting to add/change the email address.


5. Save.



Sorry, the functionality is not available on the mobile application.


If you don't have a distribution list for your HR team in your email service, you can instead enter the employees' email addresses seperated by semicolon (;).


Example: john.doe@example.com; jane.smith@example.com; alexander.wang@example.com
