 On the Web App: 
On the Mobile App: 

1. Click on the gear icon.

2. Click on the "CCQ Data Management" module. 

3. Click on the "Certification" tab.

4. Click on "New".

5. Fill in the form.

6. Save.

Sorry, this feature is not available on the mobile application.

The "Certification" tab in the CCQ module also displays the certifications added from the "Certification" tab in the training module.
